The terms that apply when you pay for a service, and how refunds work.
Terms & Conditions
- Services are delivered by AY- Helping Hand Careers, Faridabad, Haryana, India.
- Payment confirms your engagement for the selected service and is treated as an advance against the agreed scope.
- Delivery timelines start from the date we receive all inputs required from you (resume, job description, brief or participant list).
- We do not guarantee employment, interview calls or a specific number of candidate joinings; we commit to the process and deliverables described for each service.
- All information you share is kept confidential and used only to deliver the service you paid for.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
Refund Policy
Before work begins
A full refund is issued if you cancel before we start work on your engagement — typically within 24 hours of payment.
After work begins
Once a draft, shortlist or session has been delivered, the amount is non-refundable. We will instead complete the revision rounds included in the service.
Service not delivered
If we are unable to deliver the service, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Duplicate payments
Any duplicate or accidental payment is refunded in full within 5 working days of being reported.
